Could not find Loveense USB Bluetooth Adapter (ErrorCode 1014)

I just received the usb bluetooth adapter, it flashes red when plugged in, windows says it works properly, everything looks ok.
But when I then use the lovense SDK on windows to search for toys, the LovenseErrorOutPut callback says “Could not find Loveense USB Bluetooth Adapter” (ErrorCode 1014) (verbatim with the typo)
Few years ago on another dongle the same code was working fine, but maybe it was a different operating system.
I tried to update the Lovense SDK but there were no new release.

Any clue ?

I used the demo app, and it also fails to find the Gush2, but it does find the Ferri.
So the bluetooth dongle is working…
Is it because the gush2 is new that it can’t be found, or is it because it has a problem and should be returned ? (pairing with Lovense Remote App is working fine)
