Lovense Connect app not working at all after new wifi router was installed HELP!?

I got my new wifi router installed yesterday, its all working fine for everything except the Lovense connect app?

So my toys were connecting to the app absolutely fine, but then when i tried connecting the app to the cam site i use (stripchat) it’s coming up with “failed to connect to lovense app” then the following errors (see attached pic)

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the lovense app, but then my toys (mini sex machine and lush 4) wouldn’t even connect to the app?

Hi, I am having the same issue. the toy connects to the app and functions as should but when connecting the toy to Stripchat I get the below issue.

I have tried

• WiFi and 5g to rule out a network issue.
• A different phone.
• I have contacted Stripchat directly who have referred me to Lovense.
