I was looking into the app gallery terms, and I have a hard time understanding what rights if any are preserved for the developer. My cursory reading seems to indicate that the agreement makes it so that Lovense has the unrestricted and perpetual right to use the app developer’s code and content for any purpose. If this is the case, putting an application in the app gallery is essentially the same as gifting the application in its entirety to Lovense. Am I misunderstanding something?

We want to emphasize that developers on the app gallery maintain complete ownership of the applications and code they provide, as explicitly granted to them by law.
Lovense only asserts rights solely over the products or services it offers, in accordance with section 2.a of the Intellectual Property Rights declaration.
However, as a platform provider, whenever it becomes necessary to promote developers’ applications on the App gallery, we always seek their authorization, as outlined in section 2.c, Your License to Us.
Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that we will not misuse developers’ applications or employ them in any manner that violates the law.
